3. Booking and Consultation
Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or online forms.
Consultation fees and charges for Ayurvedic kits are non-refundable once treatment begins.
Delayed appointments may be rescheduled but not guaranteed for the same day.
4. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Patient data is confidential and used only for treatment purposes.
We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
5. Payment and Refund
Payments for services and kits must be made in full before dispatch.
No refund will be entertained once the product is opened or used.
In case of wrong product delivery, notify us within 48 hours of receiving.
6. Limitation of Liability
Matoshri Ayurved Clinic and its team are not liable for any side effects due to patient non-disclosure, improper usage, or deviation from advised treatment protocol.
